Job Description

We are seeking a

multi-skilled Site Engineer

with a strong background in construction and technical services. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead on-site operations, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction and technical service operations at project sites Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and site labor to maintain smooth workflow Supervise and monitor civil works, renovation activities, and technical services including plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions Manage site materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring proper usage and inventory control Support project planning, scheduling, manpower deployment, and work sequencing Identify technical challenges and provide engineering solutions to ensure timely progress Ensure strict adherence to UAE safety regulations, company standards, and project requirements Communicate project status, risks, and milestones effectively to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

1-3 years of experience

in construction, renovation, or technical services (

UAE experience is an advantage

) Strong knowledge of civil works and technical services, including plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting Proficiency in

MS Office, AutoCAD

, and relevant engineering or project management software Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently Good knowledge of UAE safety standards and construction regulations

Valid UAE driving license preferred
