Job Description

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects. (Min 4 years experience) Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications. Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works of the high-rise building. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.

Quality Control:

Ensure materials used and workmanship meet the required quality standards. Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities to the QA/QC team. Check alignment, levels, and elevations as per design.

Planning & Coordination:

Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material supply. Attend daily/weekly progress meetings and update project status.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Safety Officer and ensure corrective action is taken.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption. Update drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with the design team. Prepare reports for senior management on project progress and site issues
