Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified
Site Engineer
who isDubai Municipality Certified
and capable of managing contracting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must be experienced, organized, and able to lead site teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations and supervise site teams. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with
Dubai Municipality regulations and approvals
. Prepare and submit inspections, permits, and DM documents. Monitor progress, quality control, and work safety on site. Resolve technical issues and support the project manager. Report site updates, materials requirements, and manpower needsRequirements:
Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer
(mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum3+ years of UAE contracting experience
. Strong knowledge of site inspections, and approvals. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred.What We Offer:
