Site Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
Review and interpret technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the project team.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
Assist in resolving technical issues and provide engineering solutions when required.
Verify material deliveries and ensure materials meet project specifications.
Maintain proper documentation and records of site activities.
Requirements
B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Valid UAE Driving License.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant site experience (or as per your requirement).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities effectively.
