Job Description

We are looking for a

multi-skilled Site Engineer

with a strong background in

construction and technical services

. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead on-site operations, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, within approved timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction and technical service operations at the site. Ensure all work is executed according to project plans, technical drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor construction progress and technical service tasks such as

plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, highlight issues, and propose solutions. Manage site materials, equipment, and tool allocation, ensuring proper usage and tracking. Assist in planning project schedules, manpower allocation, and work sequencing. Identify technical issues and provide engineering support to resolve them promptly. Ensure adherence to UAE safety regulations, company standards, and project guidelines. Communicate project status and challenges to management and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in construction or technical services (UAE experience preferred). Strong understanding of civil work, renovation activities, and technical services such as plumbing, electrical, MEP, carpentry, and painting. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant engineering/project management software. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. Knowledge of UAE safety standards and construction regulations.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
