Review and understand project drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and
HSE regulations
.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements for ongoing works.
Solve on-site technical challenges and provide engineering solutions.
Manage manpower and ensure timely task completion.
Travel to various project sites as required (
valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
).
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of Gulf experience
(mandatory).
Expertise in
aluminium systems, ACP/facade installations, shop drawings, and installation methods
.
Strong understanding of facade systems such as curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, and louvers.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Good communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
