Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring work is delivered according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site operations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers. Read, interpret, and implement engineering drawings and plans. Ensure construction work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation. Conduct site inspections to identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure corrective actions are taken. Assist in planning material requirements and monitor usage on site. Liaise with consultants and clients as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings and use surveying tools. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
