Job Description

Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out as per project specifications and timelines.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal and client approval.
Conduct work inspections and material inspections in coordination with QA/QC and project engineers.
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, and technical specifications to guide site execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve site-related issues.
Ensure full compliance with company safety procedures and project quality standards.
Verify measurements, quantities, and site materials as required.
Assist in steel framing installation activities and ensure alignment with approved designs.
Support the project engineer in preparing inspection requests (IRs), MIRs, and other related documents.
Knowledge of gypsum board works and facade board installation will be considered an added advantage.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer (experience in steel framing / facade works / gypsum board works preferred).
Strong knowledge of basic site reporting, work progress documentation, and inspections.
Ability to understand and work with AutoCAD drawings (basic-intermediate required).
Good understanding of material handling, quality checks, and installation procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety practices is an advantage.
UAE Driving License is a plus.
Salary: AED 5,000-6,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
