Job Description

Planning and design

Review technical drawings, blueprints, and designs to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Analyze site conditions, survey reports, and maps to develop comprehensive project plans. Contribute to project planning and design by identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
On-site management

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities, including tasks like site leveling, excavation, and material installation. Manage daily operations and schedule the work of staff and subcontractors. Ensure that all construction work adheres to the project's technical specifications and designs. Monitor the quality of materials used to make sure they meet industry standards.
Safety and compliance

Ensure all health, safety, and sustainability policies and regulations are followed on-site. Stop work immediately if safety measures are not being followed.
Project administration

Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and other documentation. Monitor project progress and report on milestones, delays, or issues. Manage the project's budget and timeline, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines. Coordinate with clients, architects, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving and coordination

Provide technical advice and resolve problems that arise on the construction site. Liaise with various professionals, including architects, contractors, and quantity surveyors. Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
