Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee and coordinate all on-site marble installation activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of marble laying, cutting, finishing, and fixing methods, along with strong leadership and coordination skills. This role involves managing daily site operations, liaising with client-side representatives, and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all marble installation works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Manage and lead site teams, including marble fixers, polishers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Coordinate and communicate effectively with client-side contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site-related issues and maintain alignment on project progress. Review shop drawings and material specifications to ensure accurate installation. Ensure proper handling, cutting, and installation of marble and stone materials to maintain quality and minimize wastage. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management. Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations, quality control standards, and company procedures. Assist in planning manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the project. Identify and address potential site problems, conflicts, or delays promptly. Conduct site inspections and final quality checks before handover.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

as a Site Engineer in marble or stone installation projects. Proven ability to manage projects of medium to large scale. In-depth knowledge of marble types, installation techniques, adhesives, jointing, and finishing procedures. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical documents. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project management tools (preferred). UAE Driver's License

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 to 5:30pm

Visa: Provided

Annual Leave: 30 Days
