Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and proactive Site Engineer - Civil with 3 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of civil works on site, ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute civil works at the construction site according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on-site.

Monitor site activities and maintain daily progress reports and site diaries.

Identify and resolve technical and engineering issues in a timely manner.

Review and interpret construction drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.

Assist in material planning, requisition, and usage tracking.

Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test reports, and site records.

Liaise with the Project Engineer or Manager to report progress and potential delays or issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of site execution experience in the construction or real estate development sector.

Solid understanding of civil construction techniques, structural systems, and finishing works.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Knowledge of site safety protocols and quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with project planning tools is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
