We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

Site Engineer

to join our construction team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-rise building and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for professionals with

3 to 5 years of hands-on site experience

, strong engineering fundamentals, and a commitment to quality and safety in complex vertical construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations. Monitor construction progress and report deviations from schedule or quality standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Support the resolution of technical issues and site-related challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, materials, and labor. Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. 3-5 years of experience in site engineering within the construction industry. Solid understanding of construction practices, materials, and safety protocols. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations. Fluency in English and Arabic is Advantage.
