to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards
Monitor project progress, site quality, materials, and manpower allocation
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and resolve site-related technical issues promptly
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, snag lists, and assist with project handover
Manage coordination between MEP, civil, and finishing works to maintain workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in
interior fit-out
(site supervision and coordination)
Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and site execution procedures
Proficiency in AutoCAD and understanding of technical drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
UAE Driving License preferred
Immediate joiners highly preferred
