Should have Minimum 2 Years of UAE experience in fitout industry
Should have Civil engineer background
Preferred candidate who can join immediate basis
Salary AED 4 to 5 K+ Car + Other benefits.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and design specifications. This role involves close coordination with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:1. Site Management & Execution

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.

2. Quality & Safety Control

Enforce quality control procedures and ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and project standards. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental procedures on site. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and MEP teams for design and technical clarifications. Attend site meetings and liaise with the client and project management team on progress, changes, and technical issues. Support procurement by providing material requirements and verifying deliveries on-site.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date site records including drawings, approvals, inspection requests, and material submittals. Prepare snag lists, punch lists, and assist in project handover documentation. Ensure timely completion of as-built drawings and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience:

3-7 years of experience in interior fit-out (commercial, retail, or residential projects).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred). Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and detailing. Knowledge of MEP coordination for fit-out works.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
