About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Site Engineer - Operations

to oversee and manage on-site installation and execution of glass and aluminum works for our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations for glass and aluminum installation works. Ensure installation activities are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. Interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings, and provide technical guidance to site teams. Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients for progress updates and issue resolution. Prepare site reports, progress documentation, and ensure timely project completion. Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:

Strong understanding of glass and aluminum systems (curtain walls, doors, windows, frameless glazing, cladding, skylights) Ability to read and interpret fabrication, architectural, and structural drawings. Familiarity with shop drawings, section details, and installation layouts. Knowledge of materials, fittings, and accessories used in facade and glazing works. Understanding of load calculations, alignment, and tolerances for facade and aluminum systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project), and site measurement tools. Strong grasp of site safety protocols and quality standards. Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Diploma in

Civil / Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent. Minimum

3-6 years of experience

in site execution within the glass and aluminum industry. Proven track record in managing facade or glazing installation projects. Valid UAE / GCC driving license.
