Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and ensure work is carried out as per project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site teams for the smooth execution of project activities.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on site.
Attend site meetings, coordinate materials, and resolve any technical or site-related issues.
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
Assist in managing site logistics and ensuring work is executed within budget and time constraints.
Travel to multiple project sites as required.
Required Skills and Experience :*
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (or a related field).
Strong understanding of site operations, MEP construction practices.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in construction projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong coordination skills with a hands-on approach to managing site issues.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- must be able to travel to different sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with project management or coordination of electrical projects.
Experience using AutoCAD or other engineering software.
Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
Ability to manage subcontractors and labor teams effectively.
Good knowledge of safety procedures and site inspection protocols.
