We are looking for an experienced

Site Engineer

to join our dynamic team at Multiplus Decoration Design and Fit-out. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects and be capable of managing site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with design and project management teams, contractors, and vendors. Interpret and implement technical drawings (AutoCAD, shop drawings). Ensure correct materials are available and used on-site as per specs. Monitor labor performance and site productivity. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety compliance. Solve on-site issues efficiently and report progress regularly.

Required Qualifications:

Degree

in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Minimum

2-5 years of UAE/GCC experience

in interior fit-out works. Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern fit-out techniques. Familiar with site documentation, BOQ, and quality control processes.

Fluent in Hindi and Urdu

; basic English communication is a plus. UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
