Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, technical understanding, and at least 2-4 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects, along with a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed as per design, schedule, and quality standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and maintain proper site documentation.
Conduct site inspections for quality assurance and safety compliance.
Monitor material usage, manpower allocation, and project timelines.
Resolve technical issues and report any site discrepancies to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction and safety regulations.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Drive to project locations and coordinate between multiple sites when required.
Desired Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2-4 years of UAE experience in civil or building construction projects.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and material specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
