We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) with 1-2 years of experience to support day-to-day site activities. The candidate will assist in supervising construction operations, ensuring work quality, coordinating with teams, and adhering to safety and project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Assist in planning daily tasks and coordinating with contractors, workers, and supervisors.
- Monitor material usage and support procurement coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and report any site issues.
- Assist in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and the QA/QC team.
- Support inspections and quality checks during execution.
- Track work progress and ensure timelines are followed.
- Report on-site challenges and support issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Energetic, punctual, and willing to learn.
