Should have Diploma & Engineering qualification
Minimum 1 Years of UAE experience in UAE -Fitout Company
Preferred candidate who can join on immediate basis.
Salary : AED 4k to 6K + Accommodation + Transportation + Other benefits
Supervise site execution of civil and related works (e.g., wall partitions, floor leveling, false ceiling support, blockwork) for interior fit-out projects.
Review and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings and ensure implementation as per approved plans.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, MEP teams, and other site personnel for smooth workflow.
Monitor work progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are met.
Ensure quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, material consumption logs, and project progress documentation.
Verify BOQs, material take-offs, and assist in procurement planning.
Handle site inspections with consultants/clients and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Provide technical guidance and solve on-site execution issues as they arise.
Maintain site discipline and ensure all workers follow safety procedures and company policies.
