Responsibilities
Understanding the construction plan of the project.
Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
Supervising along with the contractor the construction site.
Managing daily activities on the site.
Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.
Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.
Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degre
e in Civil Engineering, Site Engineering, Construction, or a related degree.
Work
Experience
of
2-5 years
in the Construction company as a Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.
Amazing project management skills.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and building codes.
Perform site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and submit site reports, construction schedules, and project updates.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and address any arising issues.
Ensure all materials used and work performed is in accordance with the specifications.
