Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per approved plans and schedules. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure accurate construction execution. Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure proper implementation of work. Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress logs, and material tracking documents. Provide technical guidance and support to workers and junior engineers. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet required specifications. Attend project meetings and report progress to project managers and stakeholders. Assist in planning and sequencing of construction activities for timely project delivery. Manage site-related documentation, including daily reports, inspection reports, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or interior fit-out projects. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (or other relevant design software). Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

UAE experience and knowledge of local construction regulations.
