Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Fitout Site Supervisor/Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of fit-out works. Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications. Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment. Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical or site issues. Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers as required. Ensure proper workforce management and productivity at site.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit outs. A bachelors degree/Diploma in interior design, civil engineering or any related field will be entertained. Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory. English and Hindi language proficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
