Job Description
:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring strict alignment with design drawings, technical specifications, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; manage site logistics, materials, and manpower.
- Prepare site progress reports (daily, weekly), risk logs, and propose mitigation plans.
- Assist in value engineering, cost tracking, quality audits, and safety compliance across the project lifecycle.
