Experience 2-3 years
Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower.
Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation for project records.
Assist in estimating costs, preparing budgets, and managing resources efficiently.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and design teams regarding site progress and challenges.
Ensure quality control by checking workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.
Support problem-solving on technical and operational issues encountered on-site.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
