About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out of
residential and commercial properties,
and will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring high-quality finishes, and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
Prepare daily reports and updates for management.
Assist in procurement and quality control of materials related to luxury villa projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience
in fit-out works of
residential and commercial properties
.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out standards, finishes, and materials.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE Driver's License
(mandatory).
