Job Description

Qualification: Btech/BE in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2-5 years of experience

Supervise construction activities on site to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with subcontractors, labourers, and equipment suppliers for daily work activities. Ensure timely availability of materials, drawings, and manpower at the site. Monitor progress and report delays, bottlenecks, or deviations from plan. Read and interpret engineering drawings and construction details accurately. Prepare and follow up on site work checklists, bar bending schedules (BBS), and quantity tracking. Identify and resolve site issues through effective coordination with consultants and the design team. Conduct quality inspections of works in progress and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards. Highlight any non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and site logs. Ensure implementation of safety measures and adherence to HSE regulations. Report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain daily site reports, labour deployment records, and material usage logs. Prepare work progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and final project documentation.

Working Conditions:

Full-time on project site, may involve long hours and weekend work depending on project demands. Exposure to outdoor conditions, physical site challenges, and working at height (when applicable
