. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and managing steel erection activities at the site to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage steel structure erection works on site.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Prepare daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Assist in problem-solving, technical discussions, and decision-making related to site activities.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in
steel erection works
(mandatory).
Civil engineering candidates may apply if capable of managing steel structure erection works.
Strong technical knowledge of structural drawings and steel erection methods.
Good leadership, communication, and site management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
