We are looking for a

Site Engineer / Site Manager

to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations across landscaping and swimming pool projects. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Monitor progress, report to senior management, and implement corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Conduct quality inspections to maintain the highest project standards.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in site management within landscaping and swimming pool projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Engineering or construction-related degree (preferred).

Valid UAE driver's license

(mandatory). Based in UAE or available to relocate to Dubai.
