Job Description

We are hiring a

Site Engineer

with a 2 years experience in FIT-OUT in the UAE to oversee fit-out projects, manage multiple sites, ensure quality and timely execution, and maintain effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Site and supervise on-site activities and labors, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Resolve on-site challenges and report progress to the project manager. Manage and oversee all phases of project progress; including planning, design coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover. Coordinate with the office and with clients, consultants, architects, main contractors, and internal teams. Review technical drawings, submittals, and Finishes to ensure compliance with project requirements. Managing material deliveries to the site. Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, material status, and procurement updates.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out project execution in the UAE.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.

Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting interior and architectural drawings. Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.

Driving License:

A valid

UAE driving license

is highly preferred. Strong Communication and team management skills. Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, and finishes.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
