We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitor, and control site activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Review drawings and specifications; report discrepancies to the project manager.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at the site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Assist in material inspections, approvals, and site measurements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
Minimum [3] years of experience in interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or retail).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software.
Must have Driver's license
