Site Engineer
to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on site.
Manage materials, manpower, and resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and company policies.
Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices on site.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE (preferably in contracting companies).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
