Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Site Engineer with a valid G+4 license
to join our team and oversee on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed as per DM regulations, approved drawings, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise construction activities. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and G+4 requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress. Monitor quality control, health & safety, and adherence to project specifications. Prepare daily/weekly reports and update project managers on progress.
Requirements:
Must hold
Dubai Municipality approval with a valid G+4 license
. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum5 years of experience
in site supervision within Dubai. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and DM regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Immediate availability
