We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction activities on-site to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure timely progress of work.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Review drawings, plans, and specifications and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
Conduct regular inspections and prepare site reports.
Resolve technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
