Job Description
Project Oversight:
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations on a construction site to ensure adherence to design plans, specifications, and quality standards.Technical Management:
Read and interpret construction drawings, conduct site surveys, and resolve technical challenges that arise during construction.Personnel and Vendor Management:
Direct and coordinate the activities of construction personnel, supervise subcontractors, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.Quality Control:
Implement quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and ensure that materials and workmanship meet agreed-upon specifications and standards.Budget and Schedule Control:
Monitor project progress to ensure completion within budget and schedule.Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all site activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and legal regulations.Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare site reports, maintain project records, and handle necessary documentation for local authorities.Communication and Liaison:
Act as a liaison with clients, architects, quantity surveyors, and other stakeholders to provide technical advice and maintain clear communication.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
site management: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
Driving License (Preferred)
