The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing, supervising, and coordinating on-site construction activities. He will ensure that projects are executed within time, budget, quality, and safety standards as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress updates.
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards on site.
Manage materials, equipment, and manpower to meet project timelines.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and management.
Identify technical problems and provide solutions to avoid delays.
Monitor subcontractors' performance and verify completed work.
Support in preparing BOQ, cost estimation, and site measurement.
