Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Minimum 3 years experience in UAE
- Solid understanding of site coordination, timelines, and local authority requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise fit-out activities and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate site operations, monitor safety and progress
- Report daily/weekly updates to Project Manager
- Ensure drawings and execution are aligned with client expectations
- Handle site documentation, attendance, and schedules
- Ensure delivery within timeline, quality, and budget standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
