Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors on site.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum
3 years' experience
in construction or waterproofing.
Strong knowledge of site supervision, waterproofing techniques, and quality control.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
