We are hiring a qualified

Site Engineer

with a

minimum of 3 years of UAE project experience

in the

construction industry

. The candidate should have solid experience in executing and supervising civil and structural works on-site and be familiar with UAE construction standards and regulations. Experience in interior fit-out will be a plus but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations. Resolve on-site issues and report to the Project Manager. Maintain proper documentation and records related to site works.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction projects

(buildings, villas, commercial, etc.). Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Proficient in reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period. Experience in both construction and fit-out will be considered an added advantage.
