Allocate tasks and ensure material/tool availability.
Conduct quality checks and WIR inspections; coordinate with consultants.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to address issues.
Maintain site safety and organization.
Train and mentor junior joinery staff.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
Strong joinery knowledge and leadership skills.
Able to read technical drawings and ensure quality standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Committed to health and safety compliance.
