Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
Monitor project timelines and report progress to the project manager
Maintain proper documentation and site records
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and materials
Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
