Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams.
2. Technical Support
Interpret engineering drawings, layout plans, and structural details.
Provide solutions for on-site technical issues and design conflicts.
Assist in setting out (marking the position of structures).
3. Quality Control
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with design specs and standards.
Report non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
4. Material & Equipment Management
Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage.
Verify material usage and prevent wastage.
Coordinate availability and operation of construction equipment.
5. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report daily/weekly progress.
Prepare site diaries, labor and material reports, and other documentation.
Update senior engineers and project managers on site status.
6. Safety Enforcement
Ensure all site activities follow health and safety guidelines.
Identify and report hazards or unsafe practices.
Enforce use of PPE and participate in safety briefings.
7. Coordination
Work closely with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and consultants.
Coordinate with other trades (civil, electrical, mechanical) for smooth site operations.
Attend site meetings and contribute updates.
