. You will own the full engineering lifecycle for our projects, factory coordination for the cutting while ensuring flawless fixing on site.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed technical drawings for joinery items and cutting factory production,
ensuring accurate dimensions, material specifications, and assembly instructions for manufacturing and site execution.
Communicate daily with porcelain cutting facilities and carpentry workshops to track production schedules, QC, and technical issues
Site Oversight & Documentation
Conduct regular site visits across the UAE to inspect installation readiness and progress
Capture high-resolution photos and maintain organized documentation (reports, checklists)
Resolve technical issues on site and relay feedback to factories and internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Architecture
or
Structural/Civil Engineering.
UAE valid Driving license is Mandatory
2+ years
proven experience in UAE fit out company
Valid UAE driving license
and willingness to conduct frequent site visits
Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
Familiarity with joinery work and hardware standards

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
