. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards for LPG pipeline and storage installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute LPG system installation works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure proper installation of LPG tanks, pipe networks, pressure regulators, valves, and leak detection systems.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and main contractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth progress.
Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings; raise RFIs and suggest technical solutions where needed.
Monitor and inspect the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards and safety norms.
Plan daily and weekly activities, manpower, and material requirements to meet project timelines.
Coordinate third-party inspections, testing, and commissioning of LPG systems.
Ensure all safety measures and regulations related to LPG storage and distribution are strictly followed.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs for site progress, inspections, and approvals.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of LPG equipment and components.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP projects, specifically in LPG system installation and commissioning.
Strong knowledge of LPG codes and standards (NFPA 58, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, etc.).
Familiar with MEP shop drawings, site execution practices, and coordination processes.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project is a plus).
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
