Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes and standards.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and any changes to project plans.
Provide guidance and support to site workers, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Qualifications:
A minimum of
5 years of experience
in site supervision, with at least
3 years of experience
working on construction projects in Dubai.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations in the UAE.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and site activities.
Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and manage site teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
