1. Quality Assurance and Control: Implement and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
2. Technical Meetings: Attend and actively participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project specifications, provide expert
recommendations, and address any concerns.
3. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
4. Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams, sales, and marketing departments to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and customer engagement.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities, technical meetings, and training sessions to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of
5 years of experience
in a site engineering role, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures and standards related to porcelain and ceramic tiles is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
6. A valid driving license is required, as travel to client sites may be necessary.
