Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be Arabic and English speaking
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong background in villa constructions
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise fit-out activities and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate site operations, monitor safety and progress
- Report daily/weekly updates to Project Manager
- Ensure drawings and execution are aligned with client expectations
- Handle site documentation, attendance, and schedules
- Ensure delivery within timeline, quality, and budget standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
