We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves reviewing approved drawings, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, managing site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Review GFC drawings and site conditions
Coordinate site readiness, civil, MEP, and finishing works
Monitor daily site progress and maintain reports
Ensure compliance with safety and authority guidelines
Manage subcontractors and site resources
Oversee snagging, project handover, and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
Strong site management and coordination skills
Knowledge of MEP and fit-out procedures
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
