Site Engineer - Villa Project

Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site works and ensure implementation as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors, consultants, and authorities.
Monitor site safety, quality, and progress.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar residential/villa projects.
Prior UAE/GCC experience is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UAE building codes and permit processes.
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
