. You will ensure timely and high-quality execution of work while coordinating all project requirements on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Full site supervision and coordination with head office and factory teams
Handle and submit all
site-related documentation
, including invoices, sample submittals, MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), and WIRs (Work Inspection Requests)
Review and interpret
AutoCAD drawings
accurately for site execution
Manage daily site activities and workforce
Ensure that all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Organize and maintain site records, reports, and inspection logs
Ensure timely progress of work with high standards of quality
Attend project/site meetings as required
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years
of experience in
joinery/interior fit-out projects
Strong technical knowledge in joinery and woodworks
Proficient in reading and working with
AutoCAD drawings
Proficient with Microsoft Softwares
Excellent organization, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to raise and follow up on MIRs, WIRs, and other site forms
UAE
driving license is a must
